| Sunlight Offers Complete Solution to Fracture Risk |

(Tel Aviv, Israel, October 19, 2004) - Sunlight is today offering a
comprehensive solution for managing the dual dangers that can lead to fractures - weak bones
and poor balance. With the first-ever report on bone health of Americans just released by the
US Surgeon General, Sunlight's combined device provides a timely answer to the issues raised
in the report.
The Surgeon General states that in 2004 an estimated 10 million Americans suffer from osteoporosis and 34 million more are at risk.
With the current aging of the population, the number of hip fractures - a direct consequence of osteoporosis - could double or even
